Job Summary:

Azizi Developments L.L.C is looking for skilled and experienced Carpenters (Shuttering & General) for its ongoing construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in construction carpentry, formwork, and woodwork installation, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and maintain safety standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Shuttering Carpenter:

1. Create and assemble formwork (shuttering) for concrete structures such as beams, columns, slabs, and foundations.
2. Ensure accuracy in measurement and alignment of frameworks to withstand pressure during concrete pouring.
3. Dismantle shuttering safely after curing without damaging concrete structures.
4. Maintain carpentry tools, materials, and ensure site safety compliance.

General Carpenter:

1. Cut, shape, and assemble wood or other materials for various construction and finishing works.
2. Install doors, windows, partitions, ceilings, and furniture as per design specifications.
3. Operate carpentry tools and machinery safely, using appropriate protective gear.
4. Read, understand, and execute work according to technical drawings and plans.

Skills & Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Carpenter (Shuttering or General) in construction projects.
2. Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and measurements.
3. Familiarity with hand and power tools, and basic construction safety standards.
4. Physically fit and able to work under site conditions.
