Job Description:
• Plan, coordinate, and ensure high-quality welding activities as per project requirements, safety standards, and timelines
• Coordinate repair and maintenance of welding machines
• Track welding rods, gases, consumables, and tools
• Ensure hot work and work-at-height safety protocols are strictly followed
• Apply knowledge of welding techniques including SMAW, TIG, MIG, and FCAW
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications)
• Promote strong safety awareness across the team
• Manage and lead a team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration

Required Skills & Qualifications:
