Job Description
JOB OVERVIEW

The Plumber will be responsible for handling plumbing-related work across head office and site locations, ensuring smooth functioning of systems during possession and post-possession stages.

JOB DESCRIPTION RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support plumbing work during flat, office, and shop possession
• Handle customer complaints related to plumbing after possession
• Assist in maintenance of common area plumbing systems (water tanks, STP, pipelines)
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, fittings, and valves
• Detect and fix leaks, blockages, and pipe damages
• Coordinate with civil and maintenance teams at site
• Follow all safety standards and site regulations

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
• Basic knowledge of plumbing tools and equipment
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Prior experience in residential or commercial projects preferred
