Position: Purchase Manager / Project Manager (Packaging Industry)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Purchase Coordinator to manage procurement, vendor coordination, purchase orders, and documentation within the packaging export business. The role requires close coordination with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely sourcing and smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with packaging vendors and manage procurement activities
• Float RFQs, collect quotations, and negotiate basic commercials
• Prepare and track Purchase Orders (POs)
• Support costing and estimation activities
• Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams
• Maintain procurement documentation and vendor records
• Monitor vendor performance, timelines, and quality

Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement/purchase coordination
• Preferably from packaging, printing, or manufacturing industry
• Good knowledge of packaging materials
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and documentation handling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
