Role & responsibilities
• Individual should possess suitable qualification i.e. ITI with 3-5 yrs of work experience.
• Individual should have knowledge of electrical tools operation, and metrology.
• Experienced on-board cable harness manufacturing, routing, anchoring and lacing into flight sections, and testing of cable harness.
• Should be experienced in operation of UPS, DC-Power supplies, AC distribution boards, ground electrical test setups.
• Ability to carry out cold checks such as isolation checks, insulation checks, continuity checks.
• Should have knowledge on the operation of Multimeter, safety ohmmeter, megger, 1553B tester and digital recorder.
• Desirable to have IPC certified training for cable loom assemblies, cable crimping, and soldering.
• Should have sound understanding of quality requirements and processes.
