Job Description
Looking for a hands-on, execution-focused professional who can help build and manage backend operations from ground zero.

Role Objective

To manage and build the complete backend ecosystem across:
• Sustainable packaging (UK-focused, B2B + marketplace)
• Imitation jewellery (D2C)
• Indian ethnic wear (D2C + marketplace)

The role requires strong operational thinking, supplier coordination, marketplace management, and process structuring.

Key Responsibilities

Packaging Vertical (Primary Focus)
• Conduct product research (UK & India market)
• Coordinate with Indian & international suppliers
• Collect certifications (FSC, recyclable, etc.)
• Create product spec sheets
• Structure quotation workflows
• Manage B2B enquiry flow
• Assist with Amazon/eBay UK setup (if applicable)
• Track margins and landed costs
• Maintain compliance documentation

Jewellery & Ethnic Wear Vertical
• Manage product catalog creation
• Coordinate with manufacturers/vendors
• Oversee inventory tracking
• Optimize listings for marketplaces (Amazon/Flipkart/Shopify)
• Monitor pricing & competitor activity
• Handle order management backend
• Assist in WhatsApp marketing workflow
• Maintain margin tracking sheets

E-commerce Backend Management
• Manage Seller Central (India & UK)
• Handle Shopify backend
• Create product listings (SEO optimized)
• Manage order tracking sheets
• Monitor account health metrics
• Coordinate with logistics partners
• Maintain Excel/Google Sheets dashboards

Process Creation & Documentation
• Build SOPs from scratch
• Create quotation templates
• Develop order confirmation workflows
• Structure supplier database
• Maintain compliance and documentation files
• Identify operational bottlenecks

Required Skills
• 1–3 years experience in E-commerce Operations
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central (India preferred, UK is a plus)
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Understanding of pricing & margin calculations
• Supplier coordination experience
• Strong ownership mindset
• Ability to work independently
