Job Description
Role & responsibilities

Operator (Packing)

1.To perform the packaging activity of visually inspected vial.

2.To perform the packing operation as per SOP and document the activity as per cGMP.

3.To perform Cleaning, Setting and Operation of all packaging Equipment's as per SOP.

4.To involve in labelling operation, carton packing operation and other Packing activity as per the instruction of supervisor.

5.To handle the vial crushing activity of rejected vial as per SOP.

6.To complete the entry as per activity in logbook and batch document.
• To keep update status label at each stage as per SOP.
• To maintain the packing area well arrange and clean.
• Handling of Secondary Packing Material. Handling of Filled Vial and Finished Good in quarantine area.

Note:-Activities other than the defined in the Job responsibility are to be done, as per the requirement of HOD, by following HODS instructions and guidance

• To maintain the visual inspection area well arrange and clean
• To keep update status label at each stage.
• To perform the visual inspection activity of filled and sealed vials.
• Lux measurement of visual inspection booth.
• Preparation of Visual Inspection Kit and Qualification of Visual Inspection Operator.
• To handle the visual inspection area rejection as per SOP.
• To handle the vial crushing activity of rejected vial as per SOP.
