Job Description
Position: Electrician

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 4 -6 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance work as per maintenance schedule on a daily basis
• Provide necessary support to the processes of the Production and Projects departments on daily basis
• Ensure the smooth functioning of all electrical units and equipment at the plant for the safety of its occupants.
• Conduct scheduled checks, inspections, and detect any short circuits and electrical malfunctions.
• Repair, replace and refurbish damaged electrical units, sockets and other parts.
• Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, based on the local codes.
• Follow stipulated safety procedures and regulations of working.
• Investigate electrical maintenance complaints, determine nature and extent of problem, and recommend remedial measures.
• Attend to breakdowns as and when required
• Keep proper records/reports of all electrical repair and maintenance works and submit to the Assistant Manager Electrical.
• Maintain and improve electrical instruments, equipments, facilities, components, products and systems at the plant
• Place order for spare parts and maintain an inventory record of the same.
• Carry out meter reading of various equipments with respect to pressure, temperature et al on a daily basis

Required Skills
• Excellent communication skill, with computer proficiency.
• Very good in negotiation, coordination, organization, and problem solving skill.
• Ability to multitask, time management, work in a fast-paced environment, and should able to meet deadlines.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/ITI - Electrician

Salary :- Upto 4.50 LPA
