Job Description
Security Guard

We are looking for a vigilant, disciplined, and responsible Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, visitors, and resort property. The ideal candidate will monitor premises, control access, respond to emergencies, and maintain a safe and secure environment while providing courteous assistance to guests.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and patrol the resort premises to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property.
• Control entry and exit of employees, guests, visitors, and vehicles.
• Verify visitor identities and maintain visitor records.
• Conduct regular security patrols of guest areas, parking areas, and back-of-house locations.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, alarms, and security breaches.
• Report suspicious activities, accidents, theft, or damage to the Security Supervisor or Management.
• Assist guests with directions and provide support during emergencies.
• Monitor CCTV systems and report any unusual activity.
• Ensure fire safety equipment and emergency exits remain accessible and functional.
• Prepare daily security logs, incident reports, and shift handover reports.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with local emergency services when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Security Supervisor or Management.

Qualifications & Experience
• 1–3 years of experience as a Security Guard in hotels, resorts, commercial establishments, or similar environments.
• Freshers with relevant security training may also apply.
• Basic knowledge of security procedures, emergency response, and fire safety is preferred.
