Job Description
Job Title: Office Boy

Location: Goregaon West (Ram Mandir Station), Mumbai

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare tea, coffee, breakfast, and simple refreshments for staff and guests.
• Must know how to prepare basic breakfast items such as poha, upma, sandwiches, toast, thepla, etc., following Jain food practices (no onion, no garlic, and other Jain dietary guidelines as instructed).
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office, pantry, washrooms, workstations, and common areas.
• Ensure the pantry is well-stocked with groceries and kitchen essentials.
• Handle bank-related work such as cheque deposits, document submissions, and other official banking tasks.
• Take printouts, photocopies, scanning, and binding work from nearby print shops whenever required.
• Deliver and collect office documents, parcels, and other materials.
• Purchase office supplies, groceries, and pantry items when required.
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms and serving refreshments during meetings.
• Support office staff with day-to-day administrative and housekeeping tasks.
• Perform any other office-related duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:
• Minimum Education: 10th Pass.
• Prior experience as an Office Boy or Office Assistant is preferred.
• Should know how to prepare tea, coffee, and basic refreshments.
• Honest, punctual, and responsible.
• Good communication skills in Hindi. Basic English is an advantage.
• Should be familiar with nearby banks, courier services, and local travel.
• Physically fit and willing to perform office maintenance work.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
