Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Peon to support our daily office operations. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, handling basic administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the workplace. Key Responsibilities:
- Office Maintenance: Keep office premises, including desks, meeting rooms, and common areas, clean and organized at all times.
- Pantry Services: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
- Document Handling: Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and printing documents.
- Errands & Deliveries: Run internal and external errands, such as delivering files to departments, handling courier packages, or visiting the bank/post office.
