Job Description
Chief Security Officer Site Security Management. Supervise and control overall security arrangements at the construction site. Asset Protection and safeguarding company’s assets, man & machinery. Manage and supervise security guards deployed at the site. Prepare duty rosters and ensure round-the-clock vigilance. Conduct regular patrolling across the site, storage areas and equipment yards. Identify security risks and take preventive actions. Maintain daily security logs and incident reports. Immediately report theft, trespassing, accidents, or suspicious activities to management. Respond effectively in emergencies such as fire, accidents, or security breaches. Coordinate and liaison with local police, fire department, or authorities if required. Ensure discipline among guards and workers regarding security procedures. Enforce site rules and safety protocols.
