Gilmartins is expanding — and we are looking for the very best operatives in the industry to join us as Elite Operatives.

This is not just another trade role.

We are recruiting experienced, high-performing operatives across Bexley, Bromley, Croydon, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham, Southwark and Sutton – must be willing to work in all areas) in the following trade:
• Plumber multi trade, that has basic carpentry skills, electrics (like-for-like), patch plastering and tiling.

• £50,000 basic salary

Experience Required

Applicants must have:
• Proven experience within social housing reactive maintenance
• Relevant trade qualifications where applicable
• Full manual driving licence – no automatic vans available
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working in occupied properties
• Ability to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively
