We’re looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician with a strong plumbing background to join our growing Leeds based team, to work within Yorkshire and the Humber.

You will undertake maintenance, repair and minor project works associated with void refurbishments for our social housing clients.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in plumbing and will have knowledge and experience of general maintenance requirements.

Skills and Experience
• Experienced plumber (essential)
• Have some experience and a willingness to carry out general building maintenance
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in small property maintenance / void refurbishments
• Full UK driving license
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Good time keeping
• Ability to report clear concise information to the operations department
