Job Description: Industrial Recruitment Services Ltd (IRS) are currently recruiting for an experienced MIG Welder Fabricator to join our client based in the West Midlands. Our client is a well-established engineering company offering long-term opportunities within a busy fabrication workshop. We are seeking skilled MIG Welder Fabricators to join the team on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out MIG welding and fabrication work, producing high-quality metal components from engineering drawings and specifications. Candidates must be confident fabricating, welding, and working independently while maintaining excellent quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

MIG welding and fabrication of metal components Reading and interpreting engineering drawings Fabricating products to specification Inspecting completed work to ensure quality standards are met Working to production schedules and deadlines Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday 10:00pm – 6:00am Benefits:
