Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across various commercial facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. The ideal candidate will have prior custodial experience and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities
• Perform cleaning duties in commercial settings, including offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust designated areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas thoroughly and regularly
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper in restrooms and kitchens
• Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
• Adhere to established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure timely completion of tasks

Experience
• Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemical safety is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and reliability are essential for success in this role
