Position Summary

We are currently hiring for a full-time Overnight Security Guard position at Bisha Hotel (88 Blue Jays Way, Toronto), with an immediate start.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for hotel guests, staff, residents, and visitors during overnight operations. The ideal candidate will be dependable, professional, customer-service oriented, and capable of handling incidents calmly and efficiently.

Required Qualifications
β€’ Valid Ontario Security Guard License
β€’ CPR/First Aid Certification
β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
β€’ Strong report writing abilities
β€’ Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
β€’ Strong observational and problem-solving skills
β€’ Previous concierge, condominium, or hotel security experience is an asset
β€’ Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Responsibilities
β€’ Monitor and patrol assigned premises to ensure safety and security
β€’ Control access to the property and verify credentials
β€’ Provide exceptional customer service to guests, residents, and staff
β€’ Respond effectively to incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns
β€’ Maintain a professional and visible presence on-site
β€’ Complete detailed daily activity and incident reports
β€’ Enforce company and site-specific policies and procedures
β€’ Coordinate with emergency services when necessary
β€’ Report hazards, maintenance concerns, and suspicious activity promptly
