Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Facilities Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations at a large commercial facility in **Mississauga, Ontario**. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation across the entire property, including offices, common areas, restrooms, and production spaces. You will lead and manage a team of cleaning staff, scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, and providing ongoing training and performance management. Experience with floor care, carpet cleaning, and specialized cleaning tasks. Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to conduct thorough inspections and identify areas needing attention. Understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to cleaning operations.
