Job Description
Restaurant de cuisine italienne recherche un(e) pizzaiolo(a) avec minimum 5 ans d’expérience, spécialisé(e) en four à bois.

Responsabilités :
• Préparer, étirer et garnir les pizzas selon les standards de la cuisine italienne
• Opérer et entretenir un four à bois (gestion du feu et de la cuisson)
• Assurer la mise en place et la fluidité du service
• Respecter les normes d’hygiène et de salubrité
• Maintenir un poste de travail propre et organisé
• Travailler en collaboration avec l’équipe de cuisine

Profil recherché :
• Minimum 5 ans d’expérience comme pizzaiolo(a)
• Excellente maîtrise du four à bois
• Rapidité d’exécution et constance dans la qualité
• Capacité à travailler sous pression
• Disponibilité soirs et fins de semaine
