Job Description
We are currently hiring Tactical Security Guards for a private property site. This role requires maintaining a strong, visible presence and ensuring the safety and security of the premises.

Responsibilities:
β€’ Maintain a visible tactical security presence
β€’ Monitor property and control access points
β€’ Conduct regular patrols
β€’ Respond to incidents and disturbances
β€’ Enforce site rules and policies
β€’ Prepare detailed incident reports

Requirements:
β€’ Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
β€’ Minimum 1 year of tactical security experience required
β€’ Must have own vehicle (mandatory)
β€’ Valid G Driver’s Licence preferred
β€’ Strong communication and observation skills
β€’ Ability to work independently

Availability:
β€’ Overnight shifts required
β€’ Weekend availability required

Additional Requirement:
β€’ Minimum height: 6’2”
