Lead the fun at Insomnia Cookies as a Shift Leader in our Canadian flagship store near York University! Master customer service, baking, and team leadership in this pivotal role.

As a Shift Leader, you'll orchestrate a productive bakery shift, balancing hands-on tasks with motivating your Cookie Crew. With a strong focus on customer experience, you’ll ensure exceptional service and product quality. Your leadership will help maintain operations, enhance team accountability, and train new members.
