We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Restaurant Floor Manager to lead our dining outlets. This role is key to delivering exceptional guest experiences through effective leadership, innovative service, and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Ensure budget adherence, resolve audit challenges, manage labor costs, and oversee inventory levels.
β€’ Implement and maintain restaurant software systems, including Symphony and Open Table.
β€’ Hire, train, and evaluate restaurant staff. Develop training programs and coordinate onboarding.
β€’ Oversee staff performance, ensure adherence to policies and standards, and manage daily operations.
β€’ Manage staffing levels, respond to inquiries, and handle scheduling and closing responsibilities.
β€’ Liaise with other departments, develop strategies to increase patronage, and ensure venue functionality and cleanliness.

Performance Expectations:
β€’ Proficiency in Open Table and Micros and strong knowledge of food and beverage service.
β€’ Maintain high service standards and a consistent, personality-driven service style.
β€’ Build positive relationships with guests, staff, and senior management.
β€’ Foster a collaborative environment and team approach.
β€’ Address issues effectively and make timely decisions.
β€’ Communicate clearly and respond to questions with understanding.
β€’ Inspire and motivate staff, promote a positive work environment, and drive the restaurant’s vision.

Qualifications:
β€’ Proven experience in a managerial role within a dining or hospitality setting.
β€’ Strong leadership skills with a passion for exceptional service.
β€’ Proficiency in restaurant management software and systems, computer skills.
β€’ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
β€’ Valid ProServe Certificate required
