Job Summary
β€’ To take responsible care for the health and safety of themselves and other persons who may be affected by their acts, or omissions at work
β€’ To cooperate with employer in assisting them to fulfil statuary duties
β€’ Not to interfere with deliberate or misuse anything provided in accordance with health and safety legislation, to further health and safety at work.
β€’ Understand the requirements set by the Company’s QHSE policy and comply with it activities.
β€’ Provide a high standard of personal example of HSE.
β€’ Reporting unsafe acts, conditions within the work though LPT/IMT Observation Card

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
β€’ Obey traffic laws, and follow established traffic and transportation procedures.
β€’ Inspect and maintain vehicle supplies and equipment, such as gas, oil, water, tires, lights, and brakes, to ensure that vehicles are in proper working condition.
β€’ Report any mechanical problems encountered with vehicles.
β€’ Present bills and receipts and collect payments for goods delivered or loaded.
β€’ Load and unload trucks, vans, or automobiles.
β€’ Verify the contents of inventory loads against shipping papers.
β€’ Turn in receipts and money received from deliveries.
β€’ Maintain records such as vehicle logs, records of cargo, or billing statements in accordance with regulations.
β€’ Read maps, and follow written and verbal geographic directions.
β€’ Report delays, accidents, or other traffic and transportation situations to bases or other vehicles, using telephones or mobile two-way radios.
β€’ Follow up company QHSE driving standards and procedures.
β€’ Participate in materials deliveries for purchases and repairs across the Bahrain boarder.
β€’ Be familiar with Bahrain customs and clearness material regulations.
β€’ Comply with the company journey plan procedures.

Preferred Education/Experience:
β€’ Ability to read, write, speak and understand basic English.
β€’ 3 years of related Heavy and light vehicle driving practices, with valid licenses.
β€’ High school graduate

Physical Strain:
β€’ Must be able to work under pressure.
β€’ Must be able to work with the team in developing improved work processes for the department.
