Education: High school diploma or equivalent.Qualifications: Completion of a recognized welding apprenticeship program or trade school.Certifications: AWS (American Welding Society) certification in relevant welding processes (e.g., TIG, MIG, SMAW) is highly desirable.Industry of Work Experience: Experience in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, or petrochemical industries is preferred.
