Job Description
Job Title: Waste Management Driver
Department: Operations / Waste Collection
Location: Abu Dhabi
Reports To: Operations Supervisor

Job Purpose:

To safely and efficiently operate waste collection vehicles for the transportation of municipal, commercial, and industrial waste to designated disposal or recycling facilities, ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Vehicle Operation & Maintenance
• Operate assigned waste collection vehicles (skip loader, compactor truck ) in a safe and professional manner.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues to the workshop or supervisor.
• Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain accurate daily trip sheets, waste transfer notes, and collection logs.
• Report route delays, vehicle breakdowns, or any incidents immediately to the supervisor.
• Safety & Compliance
• Follow all road safety, environmental, and waste handling regulations.
• Use appropriate PPE and adhere to company safety policies at all times.
