Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an experianced Waitress at Zaman Beirut Restaurant. The role involves welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for all patrons. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and organized service area. Delivering exceptional customer service and demonstrating a good understanding of menu items are key aspects of this role.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat customers courteously upon arrival.
• Provide detailed menu explanations, including daily specials and allergy information.
• Take precise food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
• Collaborate with our barista to ensure efficient beverage service.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
• Serve food using proper techniques and ensure order accuracy.
• Upsell food and beverage items throughout the dining experience.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Maintain table settings and cleanliness in the service area.

Qualifications:
