Job Description
Foreman / Welder (Cast Aluminium and Glass)

Experience must minimum 2 years in fabricating Cast Aluminium Doors/ Cast Aluminium Gates/ Handrails/ Staircase etc.

Key Responsibilities:
• Production Management:
• Oversee daily production activities in aluminum and glass fabrication units.
• Should have experience in fabricating Cast Aluminium Doors/ Cast Aluminium Gates/ Handrails/ Staircase etc.
• Ensure optimal utilization of machinery and manpower.
• Monitor compliance with quality standards and production deadlines.
• Project Coordination:
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Prepare and track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Act as a liaison between the production team and clients to address project requirements.
• Quality Assurance:
• Implement quality checks and ensure all products meet industry standards.
• Address and resolve quality-related issues in production or installation phases.
• Team Management:
• Assist in training, supervising, and evaluating team members.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and industry regulations.
• Prepare reports on production efficiency, project progress, and resource utilization for management review.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify areas for operational improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
