Job Description

Core Responsibilities
• Vigilance: Perform regular patrols and monitor access points to secure premises.
• Incident Response: Serve as the first responder for alarms, security breaches, or medical emergencies.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain detailed daily logs and ensure all activities adhere to SIRA regulations.
• Safety Management: Coordinate crowd control and lead emergency evacuation procedures.
• Communication: Act as a professional liaison between clients, the public, and local authorities.

Candidate Requirements
• Certification: A valid UAE SIRA License is strictly mandatory.
• Communication: Fluent in verbal and written English.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts at various sites across Dubai.
• Experience: Previous background in security or protective services is preferred.
• Attributes: High level of observation, integrity, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
