About The Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commis 3 to join The Noodle House.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role includes:
• Gather, measure, mix and prepare meal ingredients, sauces and seasonings according to specified recipes and instructions.
• Wash, peel and chop vegetables, fruits and meats as required, ensuring all preparation meets hygiene and quality standards.
• Prepare basic dishes such as salads and sauces as instructed, ensuring adherence to recipe specifications and plating guidelines.
• Ensure proper stocking and organization of food items in refrigerators and freezers to maintain freshness and availability.
• Set up stations with necessary supplies and maintain cleanliness throughout service periods to facilitate smooth operations.
• Maintain personal hygiene standards, report equipment issues promptly and ensure compliance with departmental policies and safety procedures.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
• High School Diploma or College Degree in Culinary Arts or similar from an accredited Culinary School.
• Proficient in English (Read/Speak/Write) with 1 year of experience in a range of kitchen areas; ideally within the luxury hospitality industry.
• Expert in food quality and presentation skills with speed, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Team Player; Reliable and Sincere showing high level of energy and adaptability.
