Job Title: Furniture Carpenters & General Carpenters (Full-Time) | Company: Al Basma Furniture Manufacturing | Location: UAE | Employment Type: Full-Time | Job Overview | Al Basma Furniture Manufacturing is hiring experienced Furniture Carpenters and General Carpenters to join our factory team. We are looking for skilled workers who can handle woodwork, frame construction, and general carpentry tasks with high accuracy and quality. | Key Responsibilities | Build and assemble furniture frames (sofas, beds, chairs, majlis, etc.) | Perform general carpentry work including cutting, shaping, and installation | Read and follow technical drawings and measurements | Work with materials such as MDF, plywood, solid wood, and engineered boards | Use tools such as cutting machines, drills, nail guns, and hand tools | Ensure all work meets quality and structural standards | Repair, adjust, or modify wooden components when required | Maintain a clean and safe working environment | Work with other departments (upholstery, paint, installation) to complete projects on time | Requirements | Minimum 2–5 years experience in carpentry (furniture or general) | Good understanding of woodworking and construction techniques | Ability to read basic drawings or measurements | Experience using carpentry tools and machines | Physically fit and able to handle workshop tasks | Attention to detail and commitment to quality | Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines | Preferred Qualifications | Experience in furniture manufacturing or factory work | Knowledge of sofa frame construction | Experience with CNC-cut parts or modular assembly | What We Offer | Competitive salary based on experience | Overtime opportunities | Stable, long-term employment | Accommodation | Transport | Career growth within the company
