High school diploma or equivalent, with vocational training in welding or a related field preferred for foundational technical knowledge.Certification in welding from a recognized institution, such as AWS or ASME, demonstrating proficiency in various welding processes.At least 3 years of hands-on welding experience in industrial or construction settings, showcasing the ability to handle complex projects efficiently.Experience working with different metals, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, highlighting versatility in material handling.
