Job Description
• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant.
• Supervise and support restaurant staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.
• Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
• Assist in managing inventory levels and conducting regular stock checks.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
• Assist in managing the restaurant's budget and financial performance.
• Assist in implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
