We are seeking a skilled Electrician cum Plumber to join our dynamic team. This dual-skilled technician will be responsible for all electrical and plumbing systems within our facilities, ensuring they are installed, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in both trades and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. We expect the candidate to work independently as well as collaboratively, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. This role requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Responsibilities
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues to perform necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems including taps, valves, and pipes.
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards and defects.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of plumbing systems to prevent future problems.
• Ensure compliance with all electrical and plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to solve complex technical problems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams accurately.
• Prepare and maintain records related to installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff on job sites.
• Respond to emergency service requests and ensure quick, effective resolutions.
• Order necessary materials and parts for maintenance and repair jobs as needed.

Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in both electrical and plumbing fields.
• Certification as a licensed electrician and plumber is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in using hand and power tools related to the trades.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents including blueprints and diagrams.
