As a Manager, Cabin Cleaning, you will oversee and control operations to provide prompt intervention and resolution in case of issues, delays or disruptions, ensuring safe, secure and on time running of operations.

Accountabilities
• Provide day to day direction and guidance to ensure consistent, safe, reliable delivery of operations and services
• Manage recurrent and extraordinary operational issues to ensure timely service recovery and compliance with regulations and internal procedures
• Create and monitor working shifts to ensure staff availability and proper allocation of resources according with safety/quality standards and regulations by reviewing and approving roster and overtime payments (if any) for EY and GHA staff rostered for Cabin Cleaning functions.
• Conduct briefing and de-briefing sessions on assigned activities to identify and provide advice on areas of improvement
• Create and publish operational instructions and reports to support best practices knowledge exchange and reduce risks
• Co-ordinate and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders to ensure on time and continuous operations
• Monitor operations adherence to hygiene, quality, and overall standards to ensure continuous compliance with standards and regulations
• Monitor and guide usage of equipment, machinery, and installations to assure adherence to safety principles
• Assist in administration activities and operations tracking to provide periodic reporting on performed activities
• Review and finalize relevant operational documents (e.g. HACCP) to prove compliance with regulations
• Monitor conditions of equipment, machinery and installations to ensure proper maintenance
• Coach, guide and provide informal/formal feedback to the staff to support skills development and service improvement
• Guiding and Supporting outstations on queries raised regarding Cabin Cleaning
• Monitor and escalate OCRs and GSRs raised against Cabin Cleaning functions and staff and raise it to the concerned stations/staff/stake holders for CAPA
• Monitor and ensure that the OAL Cabin Cleaning standards and equipment are maintained as per SLA
• Review OAL and GHA invoicing process to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Review and approve all purchase orders raised for Cabin Cleaning function

Qualifications
• Minimum Diploma (2 years or more)
• Minimum of 5-7 years of work experience within relevant field
