United Security Group is looking for a powerhouse Project Manager – Security Guard Operations to lead one of our most critical government contracts. This isn't just about oversight; it’s about managing a massive, 1,000-strong workforce with tactical precision and maintaining a gold-standard relationship with our government partners.
We need a leader who can balance large-scale manpower logistics with high-level client diplomacy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Massive-scale command: Manage daily operations of 1,000+ guards — deployment, discipline, and site-specific performance.
• Operational excellence: Oversee scheduling, guard welfare, and training standards for 24/7 mission-readiness.
• Process optimization: Drive real-time reporting and eliminate manual bottlenecks with streamlined workflows.
• Government client liaison: Serve as the dedicated strategic partner for government clients, attending high-level meetings.
• Crisis management: Final escalation point for operational emergencies — swift, effective, decisive.

• 8+ years of senior-level experience specifically in security guard operations.
• Proven direct experience managing 1,000+ personnel.
• Deep familiarity with UAE government protocols, compliance standards, and relationship management.
• Strong command presence — able to inspire large teams while enforcing strict SOPs.
• Comfortable with automated workforce management systems for attendance, performance, and compliance tracking.
