Job Description
About The Role
To ensure that the quality preparation of all production items are executed to the approved standards as well as the proper food safety handling and storage of food items in accordance with HACCP ISO 22000 / FSSC/BRC standards.
Responsibilities
Perform assigned duties as directed by superiors, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Operate and monitor packaging machines, adjusting settings such as tension, pressure, flow, speed, and temperature as needed.
Inspect products and packaging to ensure conformity to specifications and separate rejected items from finished goods.
Address machine malfunctions by stopping or resetting equipment, clearing jams, and reporting issues.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Load materials into machines, stack or pack finished items and prepare containers as needed.
Accurately count and record both completed and rejected products while closely monitoring the production line for any issues.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate.
1-2 years of work experience in meat/food processing factory.
Strong English communication skills essential for this role to ensure clear understanding of instructions, safety guidelines, and team collaboration.
Approved/Recognized Food Handling/Sanitation Certificate.
