• *### 1. Welder Foreman**
• *Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and supervise welding activities on-site, ensuring all work is done according to project specifications.
- **Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings** for fabrication and assembly.
- Strong **knowledge of welding parameters** including material temperature, voltage settings, and calculations for various materials and welding techniques.
- Ensure strict compliance with **welding safety standards** and procedures.
- Coordinate with the team to maintain workflow efficiency and resolve any technical issues.
• *Requirements**:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Welder Foreman in the construction or engineering sector.
- **Welding Safety Certificate** is mandatory.
