Fast Food Restaurant Manager
Locations: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Al Ain, Ajman, RAK (UAE)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure high service standards, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
• Supervise FOH & BOH teams
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Monitor sales, costs, and profitability
• Control inventory and minimize wastage
• Implement company SOPs and hygiene standards
• Train and develop staff
• Handle customer complaints professionally
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years experience as Restaurant Manager in UAE
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP preferred)
• Experience in managing P&L
• Ability to work under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality (preferred)
