Certification Required: Valid SIRA License / SIRA Card

Role Objective

We are looking for a highly disciplined SIRA-Certified Security Guard to maintain a safe and secure environment for our [Facility/Building/Event]. You will be responsible for patrolling the premises, managing access control, and responding to emergencies according to the strict regulatory standards set by SIRA.

Key Responsibilities
• Access Control: Monitor entrance and exit points to ensure only authorized personnel and vehicles enter the premises.
• Patrolling: Conduct regular foot patrols to identify security risks, safety hazards, or unauthorized activities.
• Surveillance: Monitor CCTV feeds (if SIRA-Screener certified) and alarm systems to detect suspicious behavior.
• Emergency Response: Act as a first responder during fires, medical emergencies, or security breaches, following SIRA-approved protocols.
• Incident Reporting: Maintain accurate daily logs and write detailed reports on any incidents or equipment damage.
• Customer Service: Assist visitors and residents with a professional and helpful attitude while maintaining a firm security posture.

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Certification: Must hold a valid SIRA Card (Active status).
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Physical Fitness: Must pass the SIRA physical fitness test (including the bleep test and strength assessments).
• Language: Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a significant advantage.
• Skills: Basic First Aid, Fire Safety training, and Conflict Resolution.
