Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen activities, maintaining high food quality standards, developing menus, and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage daily kitchen operations.
• Develop and update menu items and recipes.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
• Supervise, train, and schedule kitchen staff.
• Monitor food cost, inventory, and minimize waste.
• Coordinate with management to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Visit and support different branches when required to maintain operational standards.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef.
• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards in the UAE.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative in menu development and food presentation.
• Must be willing to relocate and travel to check and support Sesame branches across the UAE when required.
