Job Description
1. Service Supervision
• Supervise waiters and service staff.
• Assign tables and duties to team members.
• Ensure smooth and timely food service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction during service.

2. Guest Handling
• Welcome and escort guests to tables.
• Present menu and explain specials.
• Take orders (if required).
• Handle guest complaints professionally.
• Ensure VIP or special guests receive proper attention.

3. Order Coordination
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for order preparation.
• Ensure correct orders are served to the correct table.
• Check food quality and presentation before serving.
• Handle special dietary requests.

4. Billing & Payments
• Verify bills before presenting to guests.
• Assist cashier if needed.
• Ensure correct billing and settlement.

5. Staff Training & Leadership
• Train junior waiters on service standards.
• Maintain discipline and grooming standards.
• Motivate staff for better performance.
• Conduct briefing before service (daily briefing).

6. Hygiene & Cleanliness
• Ensure tables and service areas are clean.
• Maintain hygiene standards.
• Check table setup and side stations.

7. Reporting & Coordination
• Report daily issues to Restaurant Manager.
• Monitor table turnover and seating.
• Assist in inventory of service items (cutlery, crockery).
