We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Waiter / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling billing transactions efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Service (Waiter Duties):Greet and welcome customers in a polite and professional mannerTake food and beverage orders accuratelyServe food and drinks promptlyEnsure customer satisfaction and handle basic inquiriesMaintain cleanliness of tables and dining areasFollow hygiene and safety standards at all timesCashier Duties:Handle cash, card, and digital payments accuratelyOperate POS (Point of Sale) systemIssue receipts, refunds, and change when requiredMaintain daily sales records and cash balanceAssist customers with billing-related queries Previous experience as a Waiter, Cashier, or in a similar roleGood communication and customer service skillsBasic knowledge of POS systems and cash handlingFriendly, presentable, and team-oriented attitudeAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentBasic math skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in cafés, restaurants, or hospitality industryMultilingual skills are an advantageBenefits:2000 - 2500Accommodation VisaOther benefits as per UAE labor law
