Job Description
• Define and evolve brand positioning, storytelling, and guidelines to reflect a premium dining and curated beverage experience.
• Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to align menus, presentation, and seasonal innovations with the brand vision.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, digital storytelling, influencer partnerships, and experiential activations.
• Monitor brand performance through guest feedback, market trends, and campaign analytics to drive ROI.
• Prepare strategic reports and lead initiatives that enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and repeat visits.

The Successful Applicant
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field; Masters degree is a plus.
• Strong experience in brand and general management within premium dining, hospitality, or beverage sectors.
• Strong understanding of luxury dining trends, customer experience, and digital marketing strategies.
• Creative, analytical, and collaborative professional with strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
