Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations
• Supervise front-of-house teams and coordinate service
• Ensure premium guest experience
• Manage scheduling and team organization
• Monitor KPIs (sales, upselling, guest satisfaction)
• Inventory and supply management
• Handle guest complaints professionally
