Restaurant Manager

Industry: Turkish Restaurant / Lounge / Bar

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee full restaurant and lounge operations (FOH & BOH)

· Ensure authentic Turkish dining and lounge experience

· Manage service quality, guest satisfaction, and brand standards

· Drive revenue through food, beverage, bar, and lounge sales

· Control labor cost, food cost, beverage cost, and wastage

· Lead, train, and motivate service, bar, and shisha teams

· Handle VIP guests, complaints, and service recovery

· Coordinate with kitchen on menu execution and timing

· Ensure compliance with hygiene, municipality, and hotel standards

Requirements:

· Minimum 5–7 years experience in restaurant or lounge management

· Strong background in Turkish, Middle Eastern, or Mediterranean concepts

· Experience managing restaurant + bar + lounge operations

· Excellent leadership and guest relations skills

· Strong knowledge of POS systems and reporting

· Fluent English (Arabic or Turkish is a plus)
