Job Description
Position: Concrete Carpenter
Department: Construction / Site Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Concrete Carpenter to construct, install, and dismantle formwork systems for concrete structures such as columns, beams, slabs, staircases, and foundations. The candidate must be able to read drawings and work safely on construction sites.

Responsibilities
• Read and understand construction drawings and formwork details.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install timber or metal formwork.
• Build formwork for columns, beams, slabs, walls, and stairs.
• Ensure formwork alignment, level, and dimensions are correct.
• Install supports, braces, and scaffolding safely.
• Dismantle formwork after concrete curing.
• Coordinate with steel fixers, engineers, and supervisors.
• Maintain tools and work area in safe condition.
• Follow site safety regulations and company procedures.

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in concrete/formwork carpentry.
• Knowledge of formwork systems and construction methods.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
