Job Description
Knot Bakehouse is currently looking for an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our fast-growing café and bakehouse concept in Abu Dhabi.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in managing high-volume coffee shops, artisan bakeries, pastry concepts, or modern café environments. The ideal candidate should understand both operational excellence and guest experience within a trendy, fast-paced hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the overall daily operations of the restaurant, bakery, and café floor
• Lead, train, and manage front-of-house teams to maintain high service standards
• Ensure smooth coordination between service, barista, kitchen, pastry, and bakery teams
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, productivity, and labor costs
• Maintain excellent customer experience and handle guest feedback professionally
• Ensure quality control across food presentation, beverages, pastries, and service flow
• Monitor inventory, ordering, wastage, and stock control
• Drive sales performance while maintaining operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and Abu Dhabi food safety standards
• Support management in implementing operational improvements and service standards
• Maintain strong understanding of café trends, specialty coffee culture, pastries, desserts, and brunch operations

Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, Café Manager, or Operations Manager within a café, bakehouse, bakery, or specialty coffee concept
• Strong experience managing high-volume dine-in and takeaway operations
• Background in artisan pastries, bakeries, coffee shops, or modern brunch concepts is highly preferred
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent operational and organizational abilities
• Strong understanding of guest engagement and customer experience
• Experience handling P&L, cost control, and operational reporting is an advantage
• Excellent English communication skills is a must
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• UAE experience is preferred
• Candidates currently based in the UAE will be highly preferred
