Job Description
Operations Management
• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in line with UAE regulations.
• Ensure compliance with municipality, food safety, and company policies.

Team Leadership
• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
• Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing levels.

Customer Experience
• Ensure exceptional guest service and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Maintain strong floor presence during service hours.
