Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a team of joiners and carpenters
• Plan, schedule, and ensure timely completion of joinery projects
• Maintain high-quality standards and adherence to specifications
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify issues
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment
• Enforce safety policies and promote safe working practices
• Communicate with project managers and stakeholders
• Facilitate coordination among trades and departments

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Joinery Foreman or similar role
• Strong woodworking knowledge and techniques
