About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Welder specializing in Aluminium and Stainless Steel (SS) fabrication for interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing metal components such as partitions, railings, frames, cladding supports, decorative elements, and custom joinery structures according to project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform TIG, MIG, and ARC welding on aluminium and stainless steel materials.
• Fabricate and assemble metal structures based on technical drawings and shop drawings.
• Cut, grind, drill, and prepare materials for welding and installation.
• Ensure high-quality weld finishes suitable for interior applications.
• Install fabricated items at site when required.
• Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and quality compliance.
• Carry out polishing and finishing of stainless steel components.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Follow safety procedures and use appropriate PPE at all times.
• Coordinate with supervisors, site engineers, and other trades.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Welder in interior fit-out or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of aluminium and stainless steel welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication details.
• Experience in custom fabrication and high-end finishing.
• Good understanding of site installation processes.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Physically fit and able to work in workshop and site environments.

• Trade certification in Welding or Metal Fabrication.
